The Client asked for our assistance in developing a set of Internal Control Procedures for them.

We developed the following:

• Developed a custom set of Standard Operating Procedures for their Finance Department.

• Developed a custom-made software program to monitor the riskiness of their Letters-of-Credit Financing Business.

We developed an internal organization plan with lines of reporting, shareholding structure, checks-and-balances and various other institutional considerations for the Client's Holding Company.

We also developed a technology infrastructure plan for the Holding Company and its Subsidiaries.

We developed financial projects for the business, to develop an idea of the cash flow requirements for business expansion, cash flow generation by the existing business, and potential fund-raising.

We conducted a business valuation for the company.

We analzyed some of the Client's mergers and acquisitions potential deals to assess the risk, valuation and various other factors that are important in any M&A.

We developed a system for using data analytics to assess the performance of their 3rd party waste collectors. In particular, we wanted to reduce the amount of fraud or padding that many of these 3rd party waste collectors often engage in.
