Our Story
Yunxuan Consulting began as a data analytics startup in Taipei, initially focusing on the Investment Management industry.
Over time, our portfolio has expanded to include other industries, including consumer, pet care and various other industries.
With the growth of data analytics, robotic process automation and AI, the need to transform businesses to adopt these new technologies is now a given. It is not a question of "Do I need to transform?", but a question of "When can I transform? How do I transform?" Businesses must begin their transformation today in order to stay competitive and relevant in the next decade.
It's "Up or Out!", no two ways about it.
We noticed that many Small and Medium Enterprises lack the internal resources and capabilities to make this transformation. At the same time, these SMEs have the most to lose from NOT making this transformation because their larger competitors are already transforming. Therefore, we wanted to develop a set of services specially catered to SMEs to assist their transformation.

Our Approach
Our approach is tailored to the needs of Small and Medium Enterprises who are aiming for transformation.

Incremental Approach - where possible, we use an incremental approach which pursues the transformation using small, consistent steps. At each step, we adopt the Implement - Observe - Plan Next Steps sequence. This avoids pursuing too many disruptive changes in a short space of time, which might be too disruptive and uncertain for SMEs.

Focused Guidance and Hand-Holding - where necessary, we guide SMEs very closely at every step of the transformation process. Many SMEs lack the infrastructure or team to handle the transformation by themselves, so we provide the resources to guide them along the process. We will be with them every step of the way.

360-Degree View of the Process - transformation requires a comprehensive 360-degree evaluation of the entire business to understand what the best way to carry out the transformation without adversely impacting the business during the transformation period, while at the same time creating new value in the post-transformation business. Before developing any transformation plan, we will carry out a detailed, comprehensive evaluation of the existing business.
