Our approach is "Decide on the process, Automate it". We first investigate the process, refine it to make it suitable for automation, before we actually automate it.
We do not take existing processes 'as is' and automate it immediately without first reviewing its appropriateness.

PROCEED TO DATA ANALYTICS
If the automation results feed into our data analytics project pipeline, then we need to link the two up. The automation results willl automatically go into our data analytics data lake.
Client continues building the Automation Culture
This culture is the key to ensuring the long term success of the Transformation. This is entirely the responsibility of the Client but we will assist as much as we can.
