Our approach is "Decide on the process, Automate it". We first investigate the process, refine it to make it suitable for automation, before we actually automate it.

We do not take existing processes 'as is' and automate it immediately without first reviewing its appropriateness.

We spend a lot of time at this stage to understand the business. We put on our "Business Analyst" hat here to focus on understanding and analyzing the parts of the business relevant for our automation project.

We need to understand how the automation fits into the overall business.

What is the current (non-automated) process?
Do we still need this process after automating related processes?
What changes do we have to make to the process before automating it?
What are the implications to the overall ecosystem after automating this process?

CREATE THE PROCESS

CREATE THE AUTOMATED PROCESS

CREATE THE NEW AUTOMATED PROCESS

Design the automated process and create a prototype.
Test the prototype and make refinements.
Deploy the automated system.

LINK TO THE DATA ANALYTICS PIPELINE

PROCEED TO DATA ANALYTICS

If the automation results feed into our data analytics project pipeline, then we need to link the two up. The automation results willl automatically go into our data analytics data lake.

Client continues building the Automation Culture

This culture is the key to ensuring the long term success of the Transformation. This is entirely the responsibility of the Client but we will assist as much as we can.

This is a long-term effort as it takes a long time to change the values and habits of people.
